Bio

Sachin Khurana is the Chief People Officer at Happiest Minds Technologies. He is also a part of the Happiest Minds Global Management Team. Before this role, he was the Global Head of HR at OSSCube Solutions, which Happiest Minds later acquired in 2017. He was also associated with Lodha Group and Citigroup Global Services in different roles. Sachin has around 14 yrs of experience spanning across different industries; his expertise lies in Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, HR Business Partner, HR Transformation, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion and building a great place to work. He has a proven record of creating, nurturing and executing industry-leading people management practices, building a highly motivated and empowering work culture. All through his journey, he believed purpose, teamwork, collaboration, and trust are the critical ingredient of long-term sustained organizational growth. Sachin is an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, where he did his Master’s in HR and he also holds a bachelor's degree in management.
