Presently associated with Birlasoft as Head: of Learning & Development with focus on driving the skilling initiative and learning experience for the employees through the right blend of platforms,, tools, content providers and analytics & reporting tools. Keen interest in the Nextgen learning technologies and Self-directed learning.

As a Learning and Development leader, responsible for competency development ranging from Technology, Functional & Domain, Professional & Leadership & Quality, etc.

Experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (Oracle, SumTotal, Cornerstone, Saba etc.). Relevant experience in creating an effective fresher campus hire model with focus on building competencies by practice & domain.
