Bio

Bhaarat Bagaria leads Investment Banking Operations at our Global Service Centre in India and is a member of the UBS India Management Forum.

He celebrated his Silver Jubilee in the industry in July 2025, having begun his career with an Indian firm after graduating in 2000. Bharat joined UBS in 2019, initially heading integrated middle office operations before stepping into his current leadership role.

Prior to UBS, Bharat held a variety of roles in Investment Banking Operations, spending four years at Deutsche Bank Operations International and eleven years at Morgan Stanley.

He is an active contributor to both the IBO People Forum and the India Management Forum, and is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). In 2023, he co-sponsored the Male Ally Program, and in 2024, served as the executive sponsor for the Get Ability Network.

Bharat also plays a key role in community impact initiatives in India, offering his leadership and guidance as a co-working member.
