Guneet Kaur is a Banking Transformation professional with 18+ years of experience across software development, core banking operations, product transformation, and large-scale banking change initiatives. She started her career in software engineering with Infosys and later spent over a decade in leadership roles within the government banking sector, gaining deep exposure to customer banking, regulatory operations, lending, and operational governance.

She has also worked with Barclays in Product/Transformation-focused roles, closely collaborating with business, technology, and delivery teams on workflow modernization, stakeholder management, and strategic change initiatives. Currently associated with BNY, she is contributing to PSD2/Open Banking-related initiatives around APIs, compliance, governance, and operational transformation.
