Kislay is a seasoned legal professional and financial markets expert with extensive experience across derivatives, treasury matters, OTC FX, interest rates, clearing, and electronic trading. His diverse expertise also spans data privacy, RBI and SEBI regulations, policy and advocacy, commercial litigation and arbitration, criminal law defense, and corporate legal matters.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President (Legal) at Citi, Mumbai, Kislay supports Citi’s Markets – FICC business in India. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, where he earned his B.B.A.-LL.B. in 2009.
