Gen AI’s Influence on Future Jobs and Skills for GCCs

Abstract

As Generative AI continues to reshape the future of work, organisations and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are facing a fundamental shift in how value is created. This keynote explores the evolving relationship between human and artificial intelligence, the impact of GenAI on jobs and skills, and the transformation of GCCs from execution-focused centres to strategic drivers of innovation and decision-making.

The session will highlight why critical thinking, adaptability, continuous learning, and human judgment are becoming increasingly important in an AI-enabled world, while offering practical insights for leaders on building future-ready organisations that successfully combine human capability with artificial intelligence.
