Abstract

This session introduces Zoho Sprints and Zoho Projects, Zoho's project management solutions, covering the methodologies they support, their frameworks, and key features such as task management, collaboration, reporting and AI capabilities on the platforms. The session will then be driven on hybrid project management and how organizations can combine Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with real use cases.

Esther Florence is a Lead Technical Engineer at Zoho, helping customers maximize the value of Zoho solutions through technical guidance, onboarding, and product adoption. She works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
