Ravi Bhushan is an outcome-driven and visionary Information Security and Privacy Leader with 25 years of experience driving Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives in global financial institutions and pioneering FinTech companies. Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology, cyber and privacy risk portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering strategic relationships with C-suite executives and Board members. A distinguished guest speaker and panelist on various contemporary topics in the industry.

Currently, he is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PayU Payments, an entity regulated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Active engagement with RBI and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) with regards to various initiatives in the payment eco-system. Ravi was a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at PayU Digital Labs (Wibmo). Spearhead information security and data protection strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Developed and implemented robust governance and risk management frameworks and safeguarding against cyber threats and technology risks. Enhanced security, privacy and compliance posture by obtaining Certificate/ Assurance report for ISO27001 (ISMS),ISO27701 (Privacy), ISO22301 (BCP), PCI DSS, PCI 3DS, PCI SSLC, PCI S3, GDPR, SOC2, SAR PA-PG, BBPS, Data Localization, Tokenization, Pre-paid Card Instrument (PPI) and DPSC Controls Assessment. Collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory and Compliance requirements.
