Sandeep brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in Quality, Training and Operations, having successfully led large cross-functional portfolios at companies such as Citi, Accenture, HSBC and Deutsche Bank. He specializes in new-deal stabilization, performance turnaround, and front-ending and Transformation driven engagements. In his most recent role at WNS as a Senior Vice President Business Head BFSI, Sandeep spearheaded the Transition across P2P, O2C,R2R,FP&A & Contract Management from Accenture, Genpact , Infosys and was instrumental in setting up the COE ( Center of Excellence ) with a Headcount strength close to 2000 FTE. He holds a Master's degree in Cost Accounting from University of Virginia Tech( USA) , and is aCertified Public Accounting from Georgia State USA.
