Sunil Agithakaliya is the Chief Operating Officer at CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Ltd., with over 27 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, including more than two decades in the credit bureau industry.

He brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, business process transformation, and digital enablement, with a strong track record of building scalable, high‑performance systems that support reliable and efficient credit decision‑making. Over the years, he has played a key role in strengthening credit infrastructure across regions, with exposure to South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, working closely with central banks, financial institutions, and public credit registries.

A firm believer in operational discipline, Mr. Agithakaliya has leveraged Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency, enhance quality frameworks, and foster outcome‑driven delivery cultures. He is also a certified Data Protection Officer and holds certifications in ISO standards, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma.
