From AI Experiments to Intelligent Flow: Reimagining How Products Are Built, Delivered & Led
Most enterprises now have dozens of AI pilots and very few that changed how work actually flows. The gap is not model capability. It is that AI has been bolted onto the edges of product delivery rather than designed into the system of work itself. Drawing on production deployments across banking, insurance, telecom and consumer goods, this keynote lays out what separates organisations that scaled from those still demonstrating. It covers how to treat agents as team members with explicit roles, guardrails and observability rather than as tools; how flow principles from Kanban apply to AI assisted delivery, including where AI removes bottlenecks and where it quietly creates new ones; and what changes for leaders when discovery, build and operations compress into a continuous loop. Attendees will leave with a practical operating model for moving from experiments to intelligent flow, the governance and control points a regulated enterprise needs to do it safely, and the leadership decisions that determine whether AI becomes a capability or stays a demo.
