Dr Anita is a professional with experience of 25 years, with 11 years spent in delivery management of software applications/products doing software development , program/ project management, co-ordination and quality assurance & maintenance of MOSS/DOTNET & Java applications and portals. She has experience across industries - Banking, Healthcare, Commercial Mortgage, Recreation, and Education etc. She has demonstrated excellence in managing teams consisting of multiple clients from requirements through design, implementation, and deployment.

She is expert in leading, motivating and guiding teams to perform under significant pressure of timelines and constraints. She is proficient in end-to-end program planning and implementation under a Global Delivery Model through the life cycle.
