Madhava Venkatesh Raghavan is a technology leader with over two decades of experience building enterprise software platforms and scaling product organizations. He currently serves as the CTO at TrusTrace, where he drives innovation at the intersection of AI, supply chain traceability, sustainability, and compliance for global fashion and retail enterprises. Since beginning his software career in 1999, he has held multiple leadership roles spanning engineering, product management, platform architecture, and business strategy, including close to 18 years at HCL working on large-scale enterprise systems. At TrusTrace, he has been instrumental in shaping AI-enabled digital traceability solutions that help brands manage supplier risk, sustainability compliance, material integrity, and real-time supply chain visibility. He is particularly interested in how vertical AI can transform enterprise SaaS through intelligent automation, real-time decision systems, and scalable data-driven workflows.
