Sudharshan AJ is the VP of Engineering at Chargebee, where he leads engineering teams focused on building scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms that power global businesses. With over two decades of experience in software engineering and product development, he has played a pivotal role in architecting enterprise-grade solutions and driving engineering excellence.

Prior to joining Chargebee, Sudharshan spent several years at Freshworks, where he held leadership positions including Vice President of Engineering, leading the architecture and evolution of Freshworks CRM while mentoring high-performing engineering teams. Earlier in his career, he contributed significantly to product engineering at Zoho, working on the WebNMS platform and core technology initiatives.
