Santosh Ramakrishnan is a Global Delivery Leader and technology executive with over 27 years spent scaling enterprise engineering organizations and product platforms across Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and Hi-Tech. As Enterprise Architect II – CTO at a USD $5B IT Services Company, he leads the enterprise AI engineering roadmap across Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and Agentic AI — architecting AI-native SDLC accelerators that have driven 30%+ productivity gains and 35% faster time-to-market for global clients.

Across his career as a CTO, SVP, and Head of Delivery, Santosh has owned P&Ls exceeding $100Mn, led distributed engineering teams of 200–2,000+ professionals across multiple geographies, and directed large-scale platform transformations — including cloud migrations, HIPAA-compliant SaaS builds, and enterprise API modernization programs.
