Valli Thiagarajan is a Vice President and Head of Delivery for Wealth Management, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence across strategic technology, business transformation, and AI-enabled modernization initiatives supporting investment advisory, portfolio management, and client servicing functions.

With over 26 years of experience in financial services delivery and transformation, Valli leads large, complex portfolios spanning digital wealth platforms, core systems modernization, data and analytics, regulatory programs, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale technology transformation. She is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes, enhance productivity, and accelerate innovation.

Valli oversees multi-year programs, global delivery teams, and partner ecosystems to ensure predictable outcomes, cost efficiency, and close alignment with business strategy. She champions the adoption of AI-powered productivity solutions and modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, enabling teams to streamline delivery, improve engineering quality, reduce cycle times, and accelerate time-to-market.

As a senior leader, Valli collaborates closely with business executives, product leaders, and technology organizations to define strategic roadmaps, strengthen governance, proactively manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across the wealth management value chain. She is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric delivery.

Valli is particularly focused on advancing AI-assisted software engineering, Platform engineering, and digital delivery transformation, helping organizations unlock greater productivity, resilience, and business agility in an evolving financial services landscape.
