Bio

A leader with strong commercial and business expertise, Renee has passion for creating, influencing and driving strategies around talent and operations management in an ever changing marketplace where talent is a key differentiator.

Renee heads up Thoughtworks UK business and talent operations focusing on optimising business value through organisation design, operational business planning, strategic planning, professional services management, leadership development strategies, career development and competency modelling.

Renee is passionate about diversity and inclusivity. She is an executive sponsor for the UK Race and Ethnicity Affinity group as well as an advocate for women and underrepresented gender minorities. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, has recently been awarded Woman of the Year in Tech at the UK Women in Tech Excellence Awards. She has worked in North America, Europe, India, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
