Have conceptualized, innovated, designed and implemented Digital Strategy for HR through creation of intelligent platforms and consumer grade employee experience. Experience of creating powerful external and internal employer brand – Tata Communications has been consistently rated as a ‘Best Employer’ and ‘Great Place To Work’ multiple times in several countries including Canada, Hong Kong, India, and Singapore. The company has also been rated as a Best Employer for Women. The same was the case at Hughes Software Systems.


Experienced business leader with experience in P&L Management, Software, Information Technology, Program Management and Operations – has performed roles spread over 5 continents. Has been involved in more than a dozen M&A transactions, and led transformation and integration into one entity, and into a common culture. Have been Chief Ethics Officer for over 25 years.

Considered as a thought leader in Human Resources and Digital Transformation. Experience of serving on the Boards of companies, academic institutions, industry associations, startups, and NGOs. Angel Investor in half a dozen start-ups.

Has a passion for community service and has been an volunteer with The Art of Living since 2000. He has been involved in several community projects, and organized large events attended by more than 100,000 people. Is a Teacher of the Happiness Program of Art of Living that includes Meditation and Yoga.
